Getting a great last minute vacation beach rental bargain is simple. The homes in this area are categorized into 4 groups. These groups include houses that are in the same price range and have the same general attributes (For example, one category could include homes that generally rent from $2,000 - $3,000 per week in the high season and have similar attributes like beachfront location, private pools, etc). You can visit each category where you will see a description of the houses’ attributes and pricing and determine which category suits your last minute vacation needs best.

Bidding:
Once you have decided which category suits your needs, you can place your bid. This bid represents the price you are willing to pay for ANY ONE of the homes in that category. You may only bid for travel dates within the next 30 days. Be sure to include your “must have” requirements in your bid. By bidding you agree that you are willing to pay the stated bid price for ANY ONE of the homes in that category. If accepted, you will be booked in one of the homes and you will receive a confirmation via e-mail within the next 24 hours. If your bid is not accepted, or there is no availability, you will be notified within 24 hours.
